Neuro-Ophthalmology
Neuro-Ophthalmologists primarily diagnose and treat disorders affecting vision that typically originates in the central nervoux system or optic nerves. These include temporary or constant blurred vision in one or both eyes, double vision, eye pain, droopy eyelid(s), unequal pupils, abnormal appearing optic nerves, dizziness, unexplained visual loss, and headaches.

Dr. Katz also treats patents with general neurological issues including migaines, MS, stroke, myasthenia gravis, seizure disorders, dementia, Parkinson's disease, neuro-sarcoidosis, brain tumors, etc.
Patients are most often referred to Dr. Katz from other neurologists, as well as ophthalmologists, optometrists, neurosurgeons, internists, otolaryngologists (ENT), orthopedists, physiatrist, cardiologists, endocrinologists, psychiatrists, and pediatricians.
